VISIBLY INVISIBLE


Afrikan History Week is a cultural organization coordinating activities that promote, expose and raise awareness about African culture, history and identity in Norway, representing the 50.000 strong African community living in that country. Its main activity, a yearly 10-day program 'Visibly-Invisible' creates a platform for awareness, exposure and critical reflection on, and about African cultural forms. ANOMALY

Barack Obama's presidency highlights the continued struggles around U.S. race issues. "Anomaly" provides a thought-provoking look at multiracial identity by combining personal narratives with the larger drama of mixed race in American culture.
